Interesting take

I would say this phenomenon may be increasing, but isn't new. I worked for many years in pubs and only came out after the smoking ban. In that time I've seen countless women who are under the impression they can start any shit they want and no man will ever punch them in the face.

Unfortunately, that was often reinforced by the "Oi, you don't hit girls!" neanderthal chav that would get involved out of the blue if one of them ever got a slap.

I can say a lot more of them deserved a slap than ever got one

Yeah, it's not new... it's a remnant of chivalry - a time when men were expected as part of their duty to protect women.

What boils my piss is the way women have got themselves a cake & eat it situation now (and boy do they eat it...).

I defer to Bill Burr and Dave Chapelle on this.
